Install Complete Ready For New Students

GTEC Completes major compressed air install at Stratford site for London University.

Our engineers have completed the installation of 2 compressed air systems ready for use by students at the start of a new term.

The installation comprises of a 45 kW variable speed rotary screw compressor package with air treatment, a 30kW Multi-Unit Oil Free Scroll package with air treatment and 2 compressed air distribution networks totalling over 1Km of pipework.

We worked closely with departmental heads to ensure we understood and met end-user requirements whilst considering future expansion plans.

Our solution focused on the fluctuations in air demand from a busy department and employed variable speed technology to avoid energy wastage and control costs.

Our oil-free solution includes a multi-pump scroll compressor, desiccant dryer and specialist filtration to ensure high quality, oil-free, dry air is delivered to the departments critical applications.

Our engineers approach focused on meeting the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards held by the institution.
